For the traditional yellow-orange-white look, paint the bands in separate passes and let each dry — the colours will bleed together otherwise. For a quicker version, paint the bottom band only and leave the rest bare; the shape still reads. It repeats beautifully in a row along a shelf edge or jar rim.
