What can I make with this stencil?
Tips & technique
The round eyes are the easiest shapes in our whole Halloween set to cut, which makes this a good design for a child's first supervised carving. Keep the smile's gaps generous when painting — cram them and the face turns into a grimace. On fabric, dab the eyes almost dry so they stay perfectly round.

Frequently asked questions
Which Halloween design is best for young children?
This one. Large rounded shapes, no points, no fine detail, and it still looks right even if the cutting wanders.
Can toddlers help?
With painting, absolutely — it is a sponge-dabbing design. Cutting stays with an adult regardless of how simple the shapes look.
Does it work small?
Better than most. Down to about 25% of A4 it still reads clearly, so party bags and gift tags are fine.
Can I use it on food?
Yes — dust cocoa or icing sugar through it onto cakes and bakes. Keep a dedicated clean stencil for food.
